Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We currently ship to all UK addresses. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Returns
We want you to love your Purestream product. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30 day returns policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
To start a return simply contact us at hello@purestreamstore.com and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
